CHOOSE GARMENTS
Browse through our wholesaler catalogues to pick out the styles and colors you want for your custom apparel or hat order. If you’re not sure what you want, we have many samples at our shop so you can compare different fabrics.
DISCUSS YOUR DESIGN
Do you already have your design ready to go, or do you need to work with our graphic artist to put something together? Let’s discuss the specifics of ink colors, print locations, graphic sizes, etc…
WE’LL SEND DIGITAL MOCKUPS
Once you have garments picked out we’ll put together a digital mockup that includes the dimensions, colors, and placement for your design. That way, you’ll have a visual of what it will look like and you can easily make changes to the specs before we send anything to production.
WE’LL SEND A PRICING QUOTE
The quote will include the garment sizes, quantities, and any additional fees so you know exactly what you’re paying for before the order is finalized. At this stage, you can easily change quantities and specifics to make sure your order fits within your budget.

ORDER APPROVAL & DEPOSIT
APPROVE YOUR MOCKUPS AND QUOTE
Once we have the size, layout, placement, and colors of the design finalized, along with the correct quantities, then we’ll just need your approval to move forward with the order. Please remember, NOTHING will be sent to production until it is approved by the customer.
PAY THE DEPOSIT
We require a 50% deposit before we send any job to production. We use the deposit to order the blank garments for your order. The remainder of the balance is due upon receipt of your finished order.
WE’LL SEND IT TO PRODUCTION
Our typical turn-around time is about 2 weeks from the time we get approval and the 50% deposit, so we’ll let you know when your order is ready. Embroidery ordered typically take about 3 weeks. If you have a specific in-hands-date that you need your order by, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
SPECIALTY ITEMS MAY TAKE LONGER
Certain specialty items like woven patches, leather patches, and clip labels take between 3 and 5 weeks depending on the time of year. We’ll let you know when you can expect these items when you order them.
PICK UP YOUR ORDER
Once your order is finished, come pick it up at the shop, or ask us about shipping or delivering it. Enjoy!
